'World War Z' Premiere: Angelina Jolie Walks First Red Carpet Post-Mastectomy to Support Brad Pitt (PHOTOS)

Angelina Jolie made her first red carpet appearance at the "World War Z" premiere in London since announcing she underwent a double mastectomy.
The "Salt" actress stepped out at the event last night in a classic black gown, accessorized with a huge smile, and, of course, her beau Brad Pitt. The couple looked overjoyed and took the time to take pictures with fans.
Last month, Jolie revealed her decision to have the preventative breast cancer surgery, which decreased her risk of the disease from 87 percent to under five percent.
"World War Z" director Marc Foster was also on hand, as was the band Muse, which preformed at the event.
The sci-fi flick centers on United Nations employee Gerry Lane (Pitt), who traverses the world in a race against time to stop a pandemic that is toppling armies and governments and threatening to decimate humanity.Check out photos of the world premiere below. "World War Z" hits theaters June 21.
