If you recently figured out that phone is infected with some virus that is making it slow and not able to communicate properly than it time to hard format your device to give it a fresh feel. Well this can be done easily using some easy key combinations and you do not even need any software to get this work done.
Note Make sure that you have backed up all your data like contacts, messages and other stuff because this format is going to erase every single thing on your device.

- Switch off your device.
- Now remove your SIM Card and Memory Card.
Now press and hold these three keys 3 * green button
Now without leaving these three buttons press another power button
- Now formatting process will start on your device.
- Now just wait for formatting to be finished.
- Now your formatting will be completed and you can start installing your stuff back.

Step 2: Backup your all SMS and Multimedia messages,Photos and other necessary information.
Step 3:Master reset the phone.
