The "Terminator" franchise will be back in 2015.
Paramount revealed yesterday, June 27, that moviedom's most famous cyborg will return to theaters on June 26, 2015, with "Terminator 5" -- the first "Terminator" film since the disappointing 2009 Christian Bale reboot, "Terminator Salvation."
Original franchise star Arnold Schwarzenegger has said he's set to reprise his robotic role in "T5," and rumors are swirling that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson may do battle with Ah-nold as an enemy machine.
First released in 1984, James Cameron's "Terminator" has so far generated three sequels: "Terminator 2: Judgment Day" (1991), "Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines" (2003), and "Terminator Salvation."
